Shipping and refund policy

SHIPPING

All artworks are printed on demand and will ship approximately 2 weeks from closing date of sales window. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

As the buyer you will be responsible for any shipping charges or import duties/taxes charges that do apply. Failure to pay duties and taxes where applicable will result in a delay to your shipment, and we will not accept returns on the basis of customs fees or taxes being applied.

All sales are final. Returns/ replacements are only accepted under certain circumstances: if product arrives damaged. In that case please reach out with photo evidence as soon as your order arrives.

Orders with multiple items: the items may arrive separately. Not all items are packed and shipped together.

Please provide the correct shipping address, once order is placed the address cannot be changed.

INCORRECT/ UNDELIVERABLE ADDRESS

If your order is returned to us and needs to be reshipped due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, additional shipping fees and/or international taxes will apply. 

When placing your order, please take a few moments to verify that the shipping address you have provided is correct. We cannot assume responsibility for shipping charges, additional shipping charges or replacing items that are misdelivered because of an incorrect or undeliverable address entered at the time the order was placed.

DAMAGES/INCORRECT ORDER DETAILS

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any damaged photographic prints purchased through nikolinemeyer.com (www.nikolinemeyer.com) are eligible for replacement. We require all damaged and incorrect prints to be returned for replacement. We must receive written notification as well as photo documentation of damages within 30 days of receiving item. After 30 days, we will no longer replace an item.
